The Robostangs emphasize the importance of equality in the STEM world, supporting young girls in pursuing their passion for STEM. For the past 2 years, the Robostangs have partnered with Google to support the Google and Girl Scouts event at the Ann Arbor Google headquarters. 

 As of March 2023 our team has helped educate over 160 Daisies and Brownies girl scouts who were interested in robotics. They worked for hours to earn three badges for prototyping, programming, and showcasing their robot. Throughout the workshop, Robostang members also taught them about the environment and different accessible buildings in the community. Girl Scouts gained presentation skills by showcasing their work while learning programming through the lego EV3 program app.
